Overview
The Juvio Landmark team is a group of affiliate resellers of the Juvio.com technical
support opportunity. As a group they came to us to build a web based marketing system
to recruit prospects and build their customer base.
Business Need
Since Juvio was a fairly new opportunity, the Landmark team needed to act fast. They
requested a completely automated web system that would capture prospects and follow up
with them automatically. They would need to grow by the hundreds to be successful in
selling their product and service.
Solution
We implemented web based system for resellers and technical service customers that
explored the opportunity and service offerings that Juvio.com provided. One Common Drive
built a web site that captured the prospect and identified them as either a customer of
technical support services or a reseller of the service. After which they were placed in
extensively designed permission based email marketing system that was integrated with
the Landmark Team's call center. The call center would follow up by phone with prospects
that were at a particular instance in their campaign cycle. Once the prospect was turned
into a client, an addition email follow up system was designed to train the individual on
how to use the service or sell the service. The entire system was seamlessly automated.
