Overview
InfoGenerator Systems maintains a customer base of over 6,000 clients utilizing their
auto responder email system technology. The technology performs a virtual secretary
role with any website or online presence, by providing automated email responses based
on opt in email marketing techniques. InfoGenerator contracted One Common Drive
to improve their image, consolidate customer service, and optimize their product
offering.
Business Need
As email marketing was becoming increasingly abused, InfoGenerator needed a refresher. Their service
had been around since 1995 and the email marketing rules had changed radically. InfoGenerator's
system has changed throughout the years, however not in the correct direction. They needed us
to design a new web sales system, revamp their product offering, implement a risk control system
with their current accounts, automate customer service, and optimize their product
for future growth.

We implemented controlled systems to prevent the system from being abused. Further enhancing
the day to day operations of the service. Delivered a restructured code set to improve overall
technical operation. Suggested changes in their organization structure to maintain their
